Kacang Phul

Ingredients -
1. 1 or 1.5 big red onions
2. 5 cloves garlic
3. 1 inch ginger
4. 2 cans kacang phul
5. 3 tablespoons meat curry powder
6. 300g meat (daging cincang)

How to make it?
1. Blend items 1 -3 and saute with meat curry
2.Brown the minced meat in another pot (without using any oil)
3. Add to the blended items
4. Blend 1 can of kacang phul and the other can just lenyek-lenyekkan with ur spoon, then add them to the pot.
5. Add water if it is too thick and salt to taste
6. Garnish with sliced onions, chilli, daun sop, tomato and fried egg

Then voila!!!
