Sabsuka

Ingredients -

1. 500g of minced meat
2. 2 to 3 tablespoons of chilli paste (can either get ready made one or u blend the lada kering. if u want it hotter then feel free to add more)
3. 2 to 3 tablespoons of meat curry powder (ikut cita rasa masing2. I like it spicier, so i will usually add 3 tablespoons)
4. 1 big onion (blend)
5. 5 cloves of garlic (blend)
6. 1 inch ginger (blend)
7. 1 small can of tomato puree
8. 2 to 3 tablespoons of chilli sauce
9. 2 tomatoes (diced)
8. Sugar and salt to taste

How to make it?
1. Brown the minced meat in a different pot (without oil)
2. Saute the chilli paste until garing
3. Once garing add the the curry powder
4. Bila dah naik bau, add the blended items 4 to 6, the tomato puree, chilli sauce, and the diced tomatoes
4. Then add minced meat
5. If too dry add a little water and let it cook for a few more minutes
6. Add salt and sugar to taste
6. Garnish with peas, bawang goreng and fried egg
